Material and Care
Your piece is crafted in high-quality 925 sterling silver, chosen for its strength and for how it changes with you. Over time, the surface may develop a natural patina—marks of movement, touch, and moments lived. This evolution is part of its story.
- Wear it often — natural contact helps slow tarnishing
- When not worn, store it in your Vault pouch or box with the anti-tarnish tab provided
- Remove before water exposure, exercise, or contact with perfumes and lotions
- Gently polish to restore shine, or let the patina deepen naturally

Shipping and Returns
Every Vault piece is made to order and handcrafted in Toronto with care and intention. Once your piece is complete, it is carefully packaged and prepared for shipment.
For Essence Line pieces, production typically takes 2–4 weeks.
For one-of-a-kind objects, production timelines are 6–8 weeks.
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided the piece is unworn, unused, and returned in its original condition with all packaging included.
Customized or personalized pieces are final sale.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect. Once your return is received and approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method.
If your piece arrives damaged or not as expected, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist you promptly.
