This piece is crafted in high-quality 925 sterling silver, chosen for its strength, longevity, and the way it evolves with wear. Sterling silver naturally develops a patina over time—an intentional part of its character that reflects movement, touch, and personal history. With simple care, your piece will remain beautiful for years to come.

How to Care for Your Piece

Wear often: Natural skin contact helps slow tarnishing.

Store properly: When not in use, keep your piece in its Vault pouch or box, away from air, moisture, and direct sunlight. With each order an anti-tarnish tab is provided; you can keep the tab close to your piece for proper storage to prevent tarnish.

Avoid chemicals: Remove before swimming, showering, exercising, or using perfumes, lotions, and cleaning products.

Clean gently: Use the polishing cloth provided to restore shine. For deeper cleaning, use warm water with mild soap, rinse thoroughly, and dry completely with a soft cloth. For a more thorough cleaning, put your pieces in a bowl covered with aluminum foil and generous amount of baking soda and add boiling water.

Patina care: If you prefer the original finish, polish lightly. If you enjoy the patina, allow it to develop naturally.

Each Vault piece is made to be lived in—not just worn. Treated with care, it will age with intention and integrity, becoming uniquely yours.

All Vault pieces are made to order and handcrafted in Toronto. Orders are carefully packaged and shipped once production is complete. Estimated timelines for one of a kind objects are between 6-8 weeks. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the item meets the conditions below.

Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in original condition, including all packaging.
Customized or personalized pieces are final sale and not eligible for return.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and approved.

If your piece arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist promptly.
